I usually like to work out to rock music so my list includes: Faint by Linkin Park, Going Under by Evanescence, Some songs from Queen of the Damned soundtrack(can't really remember all the songs now), Raven by Do As Infinity and Pardon Me by Incubus

I LOVE working out to the song Cotton-Eye Joe by the Rednex! When I'm on the treadmill I crank it up and go as fast as I can!
