It depends on your normal schedule, but for eating in general it is better to eat a larger number of smaller meals (5-7 smaller meals per day).

I'd also recommending eating before you get really hungry. If you're on a set schedule then you'll be less likely to binge if you're not really hungry.

When your ready....try to not eat too late, don't load up before bed time....try to eat several small meals instead of three big ones
