I was at this really nice Italian resturaunt. It is one of my favorite but apparently they were having an off day!
We were seated and had just ordered. The guy came to give us the different types of breads and the oil to dip it in. Well he is putting the oil into everyones dishes and then he gets to me. He pours it in, raises it up over my head to move over to the next person's and oil dripped on my head! I sat there in shock and didnt say anything until he left and then the manager walked over on her own and asked me if the oil got on me and I said yes. To that she informed me that she was firing the guy after Christmas anyway because he wasnt that great! I felt bad for the guy but I was also mad I had oil in my hair!

ok, this has nothing to be do bad service at restaurants. n most of the time even when the service or food was bad, i didn't really dare send the food back, for fear of the cook or waitress spitting into my food before serving it back to me.
heres the story: a few of my girlfriends were having a meal at this restaurant. suddenly a girl sitting at the next table vomitted blood all over their table. their family reacted like its very normal and its not the first time this had happened.
feel so sorry for the girl when i hear that, she must behaving some kind of illness.

It was a little diner on the Northern California Coast probably 40 years ago. There was only one server, and she was pre-occupied.
The burgers were tough, buns soggy, fries cold.
We all had horrible indigestion afterwords - and there aren't a lot of roadside facilities up there.
Don't eat in Point Arena - 40 years ago. It may be 5 stars now, with its own winery.

Can't say I have had any bad experiences because I will always find a way to hold the manager responsible. I have had a few servers who shouldn't be working as servers.

Our waitress sat down at a table next to us and started talking to her friends and eating their food while she was one the job. She had several people feeling like they were interupting her meal when they asked for refills or needed anything from her.
Then when we told the manager he just said "Really? That's too bad. Hopefully she's not your waitress next time."
I called corporate.
