1. they love you and they do not wish you to get hurt. they meant no harm. theres no lovers on earth that doesn't lie to each other once in the life time. doesn't friends lie to each other? same thing
2. they don't always get caught, most of them do but not every one. if a guy know and he can keep something hidden forever then the girl would never get mad. truth hurts, truth behind lies hurts more.
3.some guy lies because they did not care for the girl.
4. some lies can be ignored so he/she tells lies to be humorous

because they know they can get a way with it. Doesn't matter you caught them or not, they still lie. Nature. I think it's the same thing for us girls. Doesnt matter what gender it is.

Boys like to live dangeriously, besides the stall gives us time to think up a lame excuse that the girls usually buy. When in doubt an "I love you" usually gets absolution.

i think they do it cause they either dont want there gf to know something bad about them, like he got fired from a job or sumthing like that.Or wants to show off to there gf with stupid lies like I'm all that and stuff.but i they think there not gonna get caught. hope that answered you're question /\_/\

Good grief...Guys should just hold back temptation as much as possible. That way they will enjoy the company of their spouse that much better
