Hey, I have scars on my face around my mouth. I go bitten by my dog two times. Everytime I used to look in the mirror I would have bad memories. All I wanted was to have plastic surgery or something just to make them disappear. But someone really wise told me that you shouldnt regret your past...you shouldnt hate it or be embarrassed by it. Because the past isn't who you are anymore, but it's a part of why you are you now! Get what I mean? But if it's really bothering you try heuredoid cream (like for bruises) that works or vitamin E cream or if you go the pharmacy you can get patches to put over the scars when you sleep then you can take them off or leave them on at school (whatever you're comfortable with). Just remember that you are not that person any more...you did what you did but you were lucky enough to get through it. Goodluck and stay on track :)

Glad to hear you're past all that. Good for you. There are products on the market such as Mederma which are supposed to be very good.
