I dont the answer to that question, however, the best supplements you can use for psoriasis are omegas. Omegas 3 6 and 9 are oustanding for that condition. Go to any health food store and get a reputable one.
Also, you will need a good multi vitamin.

Psoriasis doesn't usually require hospitalization. Seek the help of a good dermatologist/allergist.
