Happiness is not just a word is something we make for ourselves. It is something deep down inside of us. We try to live our lives with the thought of how others can make us happy but that is false. The only one that can truly make us happy is "me" the "me" inside us all. We are all given a certain life and it is us that choose to be happy or unhappy with what is dealt to us. If you want to truly be happy look around you and while all the walls around you are falling down look for the one that is still standing and for that wall be happy and smile. This is the happiness. No matter what happens in your life there is someone that has it worse and be happy that with the things you have. Do not put all your hopes and dreams that something or someone else will make you happy. Smile my friend and be happy.

Yes there is even more than joy in the good life. Gal. 5-22 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness,, goodness, faithfulness," gentleness, self-control." Against such there is no law.If you look up happiness in the dictionary you will find that it means, Joy, extreme pleasure and delight.

I prefer Joy and by the way I am usually quite happy.

I think you mean happiness and yes that is a word but the way you have it is just mispelled and missing a p!!!!
