And for all the geniuses that are about to say "yeah, don't eat so much" or "exercise, common sense", I said dieting tips not weight loss solutions, as in aide to the obvious. Thanks!

it worked for me, i hope it works for you.
i lost 78 lbs. in 13 months. the only three things i done diffrently was
stoped drinking soda pop, no diet soda either.
it wasnt hard.... i just kept in my head, that i am only missing 1 thing.!!!!!
and that one thing (pop) i could live without.
also i cut way back on fast food!!!! i tried staying away from red meat and ate alot of baked fish instead. and last is try not to eat past 8 pm. or 3 hrs. before bed.
how i rewarded my self was every tuesday i would allow myself to eat something that i had wanted all week long, but didnt eat it, cause i wasnt giving into my desires. id also have a burger with no bread but only on tuesdays. i couldnt wait for tuesdays.it gaveme something to look forward to!! so just find the 1 bad thing that you eat or drink and kick it to the curb!! if you cant live with out it??????? then only have it on that one day you allow yourself, rewards.
most important THINK THIN no for real.....thinking thin in your mind somehow helps i dont know how but it does!!!
i have tried many diets and this one worked for me but it was my own.
maybe you to need to work on a plan to suite you.
good luck & God bless. THINK THIN AND WIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Half your sugar intake.
Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Eat at least 5 servings of fruit or veg every day. Apples are more effective than caffeine at waking you up in the morning. Mix a fruit salad for dessert or have it with some yoghurt and/or fibrous cereal for breakfast.
Eat breakfast every day, it kickstarts your metabolism.
Eat more often, but smaller meals. Try to have 5 smaller meals every day instead of two or three larger ones. This way you have sustained energy and your metabolism is working at a nice pace the whole day.
Don't eat for three hours before you go to sleep. I've heard Oprah say this a few times and I tend to agree.
Avoid processed foods and foods with lots of additives and microwave meals and fast food etc as much as possible. The fresher and wholesome looking the better, and often cheaper at the supermarket.
Get your heart rate up for at least 30 mins each day.
Cut back on alcohol. It has lots of empty kilojoules.

When I seriously want to loose some weight, all I do is have a light breakfast, a slim-fast for lunch, and a normal dinner with an average portion of food. I don't snack or eat desert, and never have sodas! Drink water, coffee, tea, or fruit juice. It always works for me, and in between when you feel that emptiness, have a bottle of water, or even green tea, your stomach knows you sent SOMETHING down, but doesn't know WHAT!! Good Luck!

Drink a large glass of water before every meal and take three teaspoons of mineral oil before tucking in at night...

It's cost effective and very practical. When in need of a snack, eat fruit. No citrus past lunch time.
