There is no cure.
But whenever eczema erupts you acn treat it.
Look for the triggers that flare up eczema and prevent them.

Triggers That Flare Up Atopic Dermatitis

Atopic dermatitis can be triggered mainly by some foods, itchy clothing, heat, sweating, dust mites, stress, soaps, other skin care materials and many other factors. You have to find out your triggers in consultation with your doctor. Your doctor may perform an allergy test, or try and find out the trigger by elimination or other method. If you take precaution to keep away from the common triggers, you may be able to prevent atopic dermatitis to a great extent. Consult your doctor and draw a list of common triggers that may flare up atopic dermatitis in you. Avoid them and you may be free from atopic dermatitis for a longer period. In general, avoid stress, extreme heat, sweating, irritating clothes, body care products like soaps, etc. which may be harsh, common environmental allergens such as pollens, molds, dust mites, etc., avoid food that causes allergy in you (you will have to find that out). Remember to moisturize your skin regularly.

While choosing an occupation, a person, who has the tendency to suffer from atopic dermatitis, should avoid any profession that may bring him/her in contact with the triggers.

No, but there is a relatively recent scientific development which is changing things. It is not a self-proclaimed pot of 'treatment' either. Drugs and chemicals, readilly available off the shelf, are only designed to alleviate symptoms.
So, there is a possible solution to your eczema, but it is something in which people need educating. My job is to find a way to do that. I do have a website about eczema;-

No. Sadly, there isn't, but there are treatments to help alleviate some of the symptoms. If yours is not too severe you could use otc cortisone creams, however, for the more severe cases I believe that injections from your md are the only help.

I have it -- looks like little pimples here & there mostly. I found that I'm alergic to corn [chips]. I recommend that you go on a very controlled diet to see if something out there is your enemy.
