Fat is the problem. beef has a tremendous amount of fat, you can have some but limit it to a few ounces every other week.
Stick to chicken, shrimp, and salmon for some protein sources.
also watch the snacks have more fruits, nuts and even yogurt for a snack.
You will find that after your first four weeks how effective this is.
Go to www.beachbody.com for more information on dietary needs during work outs.
Good luck!

No. most football players and runners have a steak dinner the day before they play. The amount of protein in meat helps to build muscle.

I would suggest sticking to the veggies and your ab lounge. I'm not an expert at this but think about, greasy meats? Sounds very fattening to me.

Nothing is "bad". Food has no value, it simply is what it is and it either serves your goal or not. No food is "bad" in moderation.
