oooo..i have the perfect answer..

ok do jsut normal crunches and stiups but apart from that i found some great ab workouts.

1. have someone stand behind you while u ie on the ground. grab hold of their ankles with ur hands and lift ur legs up toward them as fast as u can like ur trying to kick their chest (keep your shoulders and butt on the ground. Then when ur feet get up to their chest have them push ur feet back down onto the ground...do this over and over as fast as u can trying to keep ur feet from touching theground. This might sound a little strang but it works really really goodcwhen used along with basic crunches

try to do 35 crunches and then move right into the leg lift things and do 20 of them then do 35 sit ups..take a 30 second breakif u need it but no more and repeat this twice

ull have a six pack in 2-3 weeks

Your abs are like any other muscle, they need resistance training for strength gains. If you go to a gym use a weighted ab machine, 4 sets until failure. Use heavy enough weight to hit failure in about 15 reps or less. Also do hanging leg raises. Back extensions strengthen your lower back so it is in tune with your stronger abs.

If I attempt to do crunches without resistance, I end up doing 100 reps to feel a burn = a big waste of time.

Crunches. If you don't have the time, just suck in your stomach
and hold for ten seconds, release and repeat for a while. That is
the equivalent of crunches.
