Yes, cancer spreads throughout the body thru the lymph nodes. I hope your friend gets better.

Everything depends on the TYPE of cancer it is Some are very treatable even at late stages and some are the type that just don't respond to either chemo or radiation. Once they spread it usually means they are at stage 2, 3, or 4 and the later the harder to treat too, but not impossible. Just give your friend lots of support and encouragement. Many people come back even when the odds are against them. Good luck.

They're starting to suspect that a rabies booster is effective for up to 7 years. Yes, I do agree that overvaccination is unnecessary. It's also dangerous to your animals' health. However, I do get the core and mandatory vaccines regularly. I was told once that the annual rabies vaccine is really the 3-year vaccine with a different label slapped onto it. Makes sense since most states only require 3 year boosters, but a few stragglers are still insisting on annual.

A good friend of my family was diagnosed with lung cancer last year , a few months later they found out he also had cancer in the liver and brain, he died a little over a year of finding out. But that doesn't mean your friend can't survive, I guess it depends on the stage of the cancer and a ton of different things, which i dont know, but god bless her and I hope everything turns out ok!!
