How can you people defend Islam? islam is a radical religion that is invading western civilizations. Now I'm not a christian, but you have to admit that christians DO NOT kill people anymore and don't kill someone everyday.

Its stupid to use something christians did 1,000 years ago as an excuse for a current threat to western civilization (islam). Eurabia is a reality.

oh and I bet you'll bring up the holocaust as something christians did. Don't forget that CHRISTIANS NATIONS fought against it.

so again, I agree with you. I am not a Christian but I think the wrong doings of the Christians so long ago gives people the justification for what they do. People will find any reason to justify their actions. To justify is to give reason, purpose, and ultimately it prevents the seed of guilt! As for the Christian Nations fighting against the holocaust, its true! But why would people want to remember the good when they only want justification? If they were to remember the good then they have lost their own internal enabler!
Mostly, I'm confused by whats going on in the world right now. Whats the deal with everyone? It seems that people WANT to hate each other. Its as if they have chosen to not get along anymore for one reason or another. :(

I think that all religions (at least, the 3 big ones: Christianism, Islam and jewish) have used religion and God as reason for doing the worst wars in all.

The reason for this is that any religion is a powerfull tool to manipulate lot's of people. A sad use is for war: if you do this, you'll go to heaven/paradise/whatever. God will let you do anything as long as youfight for him....

I think that God is pretty sad at us men for using his name as a reason to kill other men.

And, yes, some people are using islam to justify and promote terrorism, but when you look at it, I think it's just a very tiny percentaje of muslims that really think that way.

the states come out with messed up accusations saying saddam has mass weapons of destruction and then they found out he didnt after invading him, and they totally flattened afghanistan, its all about oil it has nothing to do with stopping terrorism bush has started more terrorism then finished.

so it would seem to the middle east like the west is invading Islam and therefore creating terrorist trying to defend thier heritage.

That is your opinion..I'm sure is based on what you see on TV ...you see one side of it.... there is more to Islam than that.. not every single Muslim is killing others.. you say not to bring up things from the past about Christians..then the same goes for Islam..people are also basing Islam on what has happened 1,000 years ago..is that OK?? I'll give you two pieces of advice.

First, if you don't know any Muslim people I suggest that you make an effort to become acquainted with at least one and find out more about his/her religion. You will find that they have the same wishes for peace as Christians, Jews, or anyone else.

Second, stop watching Fox News.
