yes if you are watching a tube tv or plasma

lcd tv doesn't put off ultra violet rays.

when it's dark your pupils get bigger and allow more rays to enter.

LCD tvs still flicker, but thats not as bad as ultraviolet rays and flickering from a tube or plasma tv.

It is only bad to watch certain tv's if you are too close to them, due to radiation from the tv. It has nothing to do with the amount of light in the room. It is not true that reading in dim light hurts your eyes, either. Either way, your eyes may become fatigued, but you are not hurting them.

that's risky for long classes of time, yet to no longer the element u'd go blind in case you do XD i prefer to propose having a 40 5 minute injury each and every 3 hours atleast, cuz else it hurts. i admire gazing video clips on my workstation too, with the lights fixtures off, it delivers for a greater appropriate action picture journey, subsequently, you get into it greater. Now in case you had the lights fixtures on jointly as gazing one, that's totally straining for the eyes. that's actually greater appropriate to coach the lights fixtures OFF so your eyes don't get strained by the different lights fixtures :D I do it ALLLL the time, i loooove my movies and that i admire my video games :D xxxxxx desire i helped xxxx
