Uh, a quick way besides befriending her and slowly getting a lil more affectionate is, sadly, to get her a lil drunk and kiss her... If she has a problem with it, then obviously not. If she's cool just have fun with it and see what she says about the next day when she's sober.

When I was young it happened to me a few times when I did not know if she is "in to it". I started by being her friend and make her feel comfortable and slowly we got to be more open with each other and if she will trust you and feel comfortable with you it will come either by massaging, or just hugging and then taking it to a higher level of smooching.

hey, that's a great question.
my girlfriend likes girls too, but she has the same problem. she's shy and doesn't know how to approach them.
i even took her to a gay club with lesbians and bi-sexuals and some bi-sexual girls stepped to me and i introduced them to my gf hoping that they would arrange something (hopefully including me ;) but she was so shy, she couldn't even ask a girl that she knew was bi.
basically, i would suggest you go to a club that is known for gay women and men, because often the bi-sexual girls hang out there too.
or, you can email me and i'll introduce you to my girl.

Well, I am a male but my girlfriend is that way with a lot of her girlfriends and none of them seem to care but if i were you i would get to know them first and find a comfortable and un-embarrasing way to tell them and then continue,

Take her out for drinks and ask her if she has ever been with a woman if she says yes ask her what she thought about it and if she would try it again.

go out to a lesbian nightclub/bar, that way you don't need to ask if their gay. I'm not a lesbian but I knew a few & most of them were bi.
