Thinz to help you sleep:
1 have a small bowl milk and cereal - if your hungry.
2 wash your bedding before-hand and make the pillows and sheets smell good with a specail fabric softner.
3 Start reading a book/novel about an hour before you want to get to sleep so your eyes will get tired.
4 write in your journal about your day while you lie in bed
5 take a bath and put on soft clean pjs before bed
6 get a neck or back rub from your significant
7 put on a fan and listen to white noise/ or listen relaxing hypnosis cds that describe a scene where you go on a tropical island or something else you enjoy.

If you drink caffeinated drinks, don't after a certain point in the afternoon and limit your intake to just a few a day. I wouldn't drink anything caffeinated after about 2:00-3:00 pm. Also, doing something physical during the day, expecially outside like simply walking, can do wonders for your sleep.

It depends on what is keeping you up. If it is noise or light, remove the source. If it is stress, keep a notebook next to your bed, write down the 'to do' and stress about it in the morning. If it is caffeine or heartburn, kick to caff or eat Tums. Wow, I really want your 20 pizzoints, but your question is a tad vague.

hi, have a work out in the evening, eat to less than tummy full at night, dont take your problems to bed - relax / meditate for a few minutes before you sleep, wear warm clothes, empty your bladder, switch off the light, have a single pillow, shut off the tv and stereo, have a inside switch to shut off the calling bell and there ... you have it.

Avoid heavy foods several hours before going to sleep. Just some fruit and water to drink.
