Everytime i take out my contacts, i have to fill the right thing with solution, then the left. then i have to take out my right contact, than my left, but then to screw on the caps i go left one then right one.
Then when i take a shower, i have to put my clothes under the window, and put my dirty clothes by the door.
I also have to scrub really hard when washing my arms. and have even started rubbing hand sanitizer on my legs, arms, face, and neck..
is there any way to make myself stop? i feel weird. and i also have signs of OCD. dont know if its related to that.......

This all sounds very OCD to me. There are different levels of OCD, it's not like you either have it or you don't. I'm the same way about some things so I can identify with you, but I can't diagnose anything. If this is interfering with your life, or just making you unhappy, talk to your family doctor about it and s/he should be able to help refer you to someone who can help. Good luck.
And don't be ashamed. There are plenty of ignorant people who can't (and some who won't) understand a disorder like OCD. There are lots of people out there dealing with issues like yours.

You just sound like an organized person to me. Most people have a routine when it comes to contacts. Now washing or rubbing sanitizer all over, that is to the extreme. Believe me if you have ever read about Howard Hughes you will change your way of living. It will make you go insane trying to keep off all the germs. Their are germs everywhere and if you try to keep away from them you will become MORE susceptible to them because you will have no resistance to the germs anymore. Being exposed to them everyday builds up an immunity to the germs. That way you will not have a tendency to get sick. If all else fails, go to a shrink and be hypnotized to overcome the feeling of having to do this with the sanitizer.

Your question is describing OCD, so they are related.
Start with your primary care physician, or clinic, they can refer you to someone with more expertise in this kind of thing.
One question, can you ever take out the left contact first or put solution in the left vial first? Or, do the opposite of anything you've listed?
If you can do the opposite, and you don't feel like you are fighting yourself to do it, then it's likely a habit. Like, I put my washcloth in the shower caddy, hang the towel on the hook outside the shower, start the hot and cold water, turn on the shower sprayer. But, I could do it differently without feeling anxious or wierd.
If you can do something out of the routine, even if you have to think about it, then your okay.

It sounds like OCD..but that is a guess based only on what you have told us. Go to a Dr if it concerns you or you feel "weird" about it. If you have no idea where this is coming from or how to stop, then the problem is bigger than you are and you need some professional advice.
Good luck!

It sounds to me like all of these symptoms are stemming from your OCD.
Your doctor or psychiatrist can prescribe for you, some anti-anxylittic medication, which should help in time.
Seek professional medical advice- things like this only escalate as your anxiety levels increase and it become a vicious cycle.
