I personally have long, LONG wavy hair, and it's super hard to style it and make it look good; but the results are great. One of the hairstyles I do is super pretty, chic, but yet easy to do. I call it the Headband Up-do, but you may call it what you like. This is how to do it:
-After the shower blow-dry your hair, then straighten it with an iron or a flat brush.
-After straightening it, take the curling iron, and curl your ends to create an illusion of long layered waves.
-Next, pull your hair up in a half up-do with strands of hair hanging over your face to give you the look of a fantasy princess. (when pulling it up, use a big clip comb and bobby pins to create the look.)
-After that, add a thick plastic headband to give your hairdo a Vogue accomplishment.
This hairstyle is gorgeous and easy, and you can use it for any occasion. Enjoy!

Depending on your age and length of hair, a long braid looks neat, especially with a bit of front design (like bangs).
Or how about bringing it all to one side (still in the back) and putting a ribbon to hold it loosely - same color as a piece of your clothing. Then let it fall over the front of your shoulder. That gives you that 'little innocent girl' look.

I am not sure what they call those, but I have seen these two aluminum made bars that your hair goes in the middle and then once you roll your hair, you could it put it in a nice bun. Try those. You can buy them from any drugstore.

I placed my hair up in 3 little buns in a vertical row...that's cute and it continues to be all day. I additionally chop up my hair in 0.5 (vertically and make a knot interior the ideal 0.5 and safeguard it. Then take the backside 0.5 and twist it mutually as wrapping it around the knot--such as you will possibly make a familiar bun. curiously like an excellent cinnamon roll that's fairly swish. I continuously get compliments on it. or you will possibly desire to do a french braid and tuck the finally ends up below to conceal the braid section.

Do a French Braid-they are really pretty and you can do a partial one or a full one. You can also start with two down the sides of your face and then combine them into one.

I used to have really, really long hair.
I would part it in the back,
and make two long braids.
one on either side.
Tie the ends with rubber bands.
Kept my hair outa my way.
Now i cut it way, way shorter.

Use a tweezers. I think that's the only way to get long back hairs.
