Part of the problem is that she shouldn't be running or playing so soon. Our vet recommends keeping the dog as quiet as possible for ten days, which may mean keeping her in her kennel and letting her out only for necessities.
And yes, if the incision is bleeding, red, or oozing, you probably should take her back to the vet and have her checked out. It may not be anything serious, but it never hurts to check when in doubt.

well if it is not that bad of the bleeding than you might be able to care for it yourself without taking her to the vet and spending awhole lot of money. the thing that you can do is to find a place that you can keep her not active and quiet. the next thing is to put an e-collar on her to keep her from licking her wound. take out on a leash so she can't run around. the bleeding sounds like she is playing to hard and she is disturbing the wound /incision. this will be hard to do but you need her to be immobile for about 7-10 days. that is plenty of time for the wound to heal and close it self. you can put a little bit of aloe on the incision sight so it won't dry out and then cause her to want to chew or scratch it. keep it clean with warm water and a mild soap after bringing her in from outside. keeping it clean will help the healing proccess and keep you from making an unnecessary trip to the vet if you don't have to and being able to care for it at home. good luck

Yes, you should call your vet's emergency number right now, you'll probably get an answering service that will contact your vet and he'll call you back.
The incision site should NOT be bleeding.

Do not encourage her to run/play. find some way to restrain her to a small area except when you walk her, on a leash, outdoors to do her business. I had to crate my German Shepard to keep her from jumping around. You do not want the incision to get infected! Call the vet tomorrow morning.

if she is bleeding profusely then yes take immediate action. If it is bleeding just a little (Like spotting) then you may wait till the morning. Emergency vets can be very expensive and vets will try to get the most out of you as they can (I worked at one). Keep it clean, with peroxide.

call the vet, but if there is no puss of itis not sore to touch it is probably from too much activity. However, it is a good sign she is healing well if she is really playful. Call anyway to get some reassurance.

Considering it could be a sign of infection i would call the vet because if it is too serious it could end up costing her her life.
