the best way to give head is to not to worry about it. just pretend its a tootsie roll pop and try to "get to the middle" as quick as possible without biting it. Work the head, usually the tip and the front end...that little flat wrinkly part where the foreskin was removed. For godsakes though, keep your teeth off!!!!! Hate that!!!!!!
