does anyone know if its somthing more than just a backache. and it is sharp pains

If it's around your belly button it might be a umbilical hernia, I had one for many years, I would get severe pain in my stomach and back a coule of times a year. I had it fixed last year and haven't had anymore problems.

C'mon BE SERIOUS. You know sharp pains do not equal backache. Could be a urinary infection or something. Get it looked at TOMORROW. Good Luck

Okay my ex-boyfriend had the exact symptoms and it turned out to be appendicitis. Go to your doc to get an exam. It could be anything.
