Yes you can still be saved if you have not been baptized.
I believe that water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are the only sacraments and ordinances of the church and that they are a scriptural means of testimony for the church.
The New Testament presents Baptism as an act of obedience whereby, upon believing, a person publicly identifies himself with the Lord Jesus Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. I therefore believe that baptism should be by immersion, administered only to those who profess faith in Christ, and performed at the earliest opportunity after conversion. I do not believe in infant baptism, and it is my church’s position that children should be baptized only if they are able to give evidence of understanding the gospel.
Matt. 28:16 So the eleven disciples went to Galilee to the mountain Jesus had designated. 28:17 When they saw him, they worshiped him, but some doubted. 28:18 Then Jesus came up and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 28:20 teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Acts 8:12 But when they believed Philip as he was proclaiming the good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they began to be baptized, both men and women. 8:13 Even Simon himself believed, and after he was baptized, he stayed close to Philip constantly, and when he saw the signs and great miracles that were occurring, he was amazed.
Acts 16:30 Then he brought them outside and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 16:31 They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household.” 16:32 Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him, along with all those who were in his house. 16:33 At that hour of the night he took them and washed their wounds; then he and all his family were baptized right away. 16:34 The jailer brought them into his house and set food before them, and he rejoiced greatly that he had come to believe in God, together with his entire household.
Rom. 6:1 What shall we say then? Are we to remain in sin so that grace may increase? 6:2 Absolutely not! How can we who died to sin still live in it? 6:3 Or do you not know that as many as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 6:4 Therefore we have been buried with him through baptism into death, in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too may live a new life.

Many will say water baptism saves but water only gets people wet. Jesus is who saves, not the water. The thief on the cross was told that he would be with him in Paradise that day. The thief was not taken down, baptized in water and placed back on the cross. Jesus said, John indeed baptized with water but I will baptize you in the Holy Spirit. That is the baptism that saves, being born again by the Spirit of God.

How you believe is what I think as far as salvation. I am missionary baptist and we believe that when you come to the age of accountability and you repent of your sins and God touches your heart is when you are saved. After you give testimony of your salvation in front of the congregation, you ask to be baptized and become a member of the Church. You will know that you are saved and that is something between you and God.

There is a huge difference of opinion on this subject because all of the steps of salvation are not listed, in order, one after the other on the same page.
You have to read to find then all.
M.O. I believe you MUST be baptised and I base this on Mark 16:16 " He that believeth and be baptised shall be saved, He that believeth not shall be damned"

You are "saved" if you are baptized by the Holy Spirit. You are saved if you accept Christ and live a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

No, the New Testemant clearly states that one must repent and be baptized for the remission of sins. Also, the conversions recorded in the NT almost always involve baptism...with the exception of the theif on the cross. In that instance, Jesus had not yet died and also Jesus can do whatever he wants...after all he has the power to forgive sin.

There will be alot of different answers because of the many interpretations regarding "baptism".
In truth, the only water originally referred to was that which you were born here from.

Being saved according to the bible is based on believing in Christ Jesus. Baptism is a ritual and one to do in remembrance of being born again in Christ. it does not prevent you from being saved if not baptised. Simply put if you have a bible and you happen to be stranded in an arid desert with no water for miles, if this question were true you would be stuck like chuck.
Romans 10 (King James Version)
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10 (New Living Translation)
For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.
hope that helped. Stay encouraged and in His will.

Baptism is not a requirement for salvation. Baptism is a ceremony one performs after salvation as a public testimony that their sins have been washed away.
