big tummy needs loss

Overall weight loss will help lose bulging tummy. Also, cardio exercises...you can do spot exercises, but they don't help that much on their own.

you should do sit ups and try not to sit down so much especailly when you finish a meal. Take a walk after your meal. Try tostand as much as possibly. Do 60 sit ups in the morning and sam number of time at night before gooing to sleep. I hope this imformation worke becasuse it worked well on me before!
