joke? I will conceed the point that he antagonized christians with this question, but ya'll are christians. But see, you revealed to me why I no longer follow christianity. How do ya'll think God and/or Jesus would feel about your answers? Do you think they would tell most of ya'll, Hey yeah, good job telling off those non-believers? I doubt it, if he really is anything like I was taught for so long that he was. He want you to try and help 'save' Mr., but I doubt that's what he had in mind.

I would like to say that this question isn't about Mister, except that I used his Q. and the A. given as an example of what I am talking about. Sorry Mister, you try again, set your ego aside this time.
I also I would like to extend an apology, someone who answered pointed out, I lumped all of you into one catagory. I didn't mean for it to come out that way. I meant this to be questioning only those who anwered the Q. with such hate, to those who don't act that way I apologize.

Ah yes, Mr. has confused the fact that I no longer follow christianty for being an atheist. Obviously he doesn't know the definitions of atheist : (so for his benefit) a person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings, One who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods. I never said I didn't believe in God, nor did I say that I did not believe in Jesus. I simple have chosen on my own and a while back to do what Malaks answer advised. I have been told by other Christians that I am no longer saved because of this. I don't feel that this is athe case, and I choose not to be lumped into the catagory that contains decent Christians, and those who are just posing; the behavior of one member reflects on whole group. The bad stuff stands out more. I think of the movie 'The Kingdom of Heaven'. Christians waging war claiming that God wills it? Killing an infedel is not murder it is the path to heaven. Many still put forth that hate, minus killing in USA.

I didn't read the guys question, but I gotta tell ya, christians are suppose to follow Christ, not other christians, and apparently you were following other christians if you left because of them, so you didn't have the right concept to begin with. Try reading the bible for yourself, praying, get a real sense of christianity, besides following what other people tell you it should be or judging how other christians act. You can only account for yourself, not your interpretations of others.

He has a right to get upset w/anyone when they clearly do not want to do right and continue to just slush up the pot.
I have answered a lot of his questions, he does not upset me one iota.
We all need to get right with God and be what He would have us be.
My goodness, with all the turmoil in the world, can't we just be respectful for a change?
We are just a small part of what is wrong with the world.

God is for me, and not against me, so i don't care what other people says or thinks about me. and u not being a christian is upon you. not anyone else. i read alot in here, and i just laugh it off, when others make fun or joke or being a hipocrite.that's upon them. everyone take this to far anyway..God is going to judge you by ur good deeds while ur here on earth, that's it, nothing else. intead of asking questions, try reading ur Bible...and once and for all....get real.

Don't mistake my apathy for caring. My Saviour knows that I must pray for you but only because I'm required, obligated & must be faithful to follow the directions. You'll still get mentioned in my prayers for my OWN salvation, whether your rejection sticks or not isn't my concern. I try not to answer any questions with anger or hatred, but I will also defend my Lord and my beliefs. A joke shouldn't be meant to hurt or insult others. I'm not black, but I get upset when I say cruel jokes about black people. I'm not an atheist, but I don't like to hear someone call them names. Jokes should be funny - not insulting or hateful.

Certain christians are very hypocritical people. Just like my boyfriends folks - you go to church and everyone is nice to each other - you go to a church function - his mom is at the table talking crap about everyone else in the room with whoever is sitting with her - love thy brother??? Ugh ... I'm all for defending yourself and your thoughts and beliefs but let's be grown up about it - haha
