Deport all undocumented immigrants with a criminal record. I know, I know, you people are going to say they all came here illegally so therefore they are all criminals. What about those people that came in here legally and their visas expired. I know all you people know that not all undocumented immigrants come here to break the law but to contribute to society. Do you think a guest worker program for 5 years like Bush has stated maybe a good idea? Again, immigrants without criminal records and hard working people that are needed by Americas working force.

Pay taxes ofcourse. Forgot to mention that. What I do not agreeis, why the media only shows people being arrested? Running through the desert? Saying they bring sisease like syphilis and gonorrhea? Didnt thatt already exist here? Not all media though but people like Sean Hannity, Lou Dobbs nad ofcourse Mr. Grumpy old man Pat Buchanan. These people are fighting in Iraq, working the fields, re building New Orleans. Not all immigrants are criminals.

Happy immigration day by the way.

It would def. be better than it is now. Of course there are decent Mexican immigrants, who as long as they are LEGAL should be allowed to work if they are not criminals. You have to start somewhere I suppose. Maybe you should run for office someday. Are you from Calif.? If so, I would vote for you.

I'll start by saying i'm ANTI ILLEGAL so you know where I'm coming from. I would actually SUPPORT a guest worker program BUT, ALL those participating would be subject to background checks and be required to Obey all things in the Guest worker program. ANY criminal offense would result in Immediate deportation. And ONLY the number of guest worker visa's would be issued that businesses request. And our Borders would have to be secured so NO MORE Undocumented workers could simply WALK IN. It is a NICE proposal Jobs for people who simply wanna work. I however have Serious doubts it could be pulled off. I guess will see.

As much as a lot of talk on illegals has been going around, my guess is that not before long total globalism is going to take over. If you are making criminals out of good hardworking people, then how are the cops from other countries be able to get the actual criminals who have robbed and murdered and living a happy luxurious lives in other countries? Globalism will help the cops get them but not when there's a partition between countries on issues of jurisdiction and immigration.

Alberto I agree with you 100%. It's really nice to know somebody that has the same ideology as I do. You are totally right, I do support a guest worker program. I still don't understand why you want to support the HR 4437 though...

No rewards for those who broke the law ever.
You need an education on issues.
Made in America you are correct.

Deport all illegals and look into a guest worker program. I'd be for one if the workers were not here illegally.

there is rather a number of focused visitor worker courses that the united stateshas had for incredibly it sluggish. perchance they could desire to have utilized for them in the previous crossing illegally. Sneaking in yet another set of policies for "professional-reform" to as quickly as back appease the illegals right here, and for our state and government reps who pander for votes, is as incorrect because it became, and is for the illegals being right here. whether they did do yet another reform, that they had sneak in different language that would nonetheless enable it to take place. they won't in any respect close off all loop holes to any reform they grant up. a number of you experts get accused of, or advised issues lots worse than those you suggested. To which i think of is uncalled for. As for us antis' - We hate being referred to as racists while being unlawful from any united states of america isn't a race. neither is it a race situation. Illegals are available in many races, as properly as many distinctive international locations. it rather is acceptable to the guidelines wherein all human beings individuals are predicted to maintain on with, and cling to. And maximum folk human beings do. jointly as people who got here by visa's (then enable them to lapse) and people who got here illegally do no longer think of that they could desire to or could shop on with or adhere to any rules interior this united states of america that isn't theirs. hence, American rules is what this situation is all approximately, and consistently has been approximately inspite of what i'm being advised.
