This is a Belgian talkshow. The language is Dutch (Flemish if you like, but that's not actually a language on its own...). The vocal chords of the guy with the high voice got damaged after some kind of operation. The host was obviously unprepared for it. The guy with the rusty voice in the audience also had his vocal chords damaged during an operation and he's complaining about the host laughing all the time.

Not French..., but some German or Northern nation like sweedish perhaps....
I believe that the topik was of some personal sexual problems the couple has... The funny part is that the guy's voice is the voice of a guy who would have been (neteured)... That's why the host is laughing...

definitely dutch, from Flemish television. both of the people interviewed had a horrible experience after waking up from narcoses after an operation, which has changed their life completely, with the mention of sex the interviewer breaks down completely...

I'm not sure but I'd say it's dutch, flemish maybe, or some weird dialect of german.

I don't know. At first I was going to say German, then I heard some French. I have no idea. The man being interviewed sounded like a chicken who'd learn to speak. Thanks, that was a gas!

Definitely not french, unless spoken backwards.It's sound Dutch to me but it could be Norwegian too.

i kinda think it was dutch, but i couldn't quite hear it that clearly, but it is definetly a west-european language.
sorry, but they're not saying anything funny, they're just laguhing at the guy's voice-very funny tho!!
