Currently, I've been in touch with a few Russian women, with whom I will choose one to perhaps marry. I understand there is a high level of "scammers" on these Russian websites? How do I seperate the girls that are sincere? Most girls don't have the cash to obtain Visa's or airlines tickets? How can I pay for these items, while still having the girls visit me?

Should I go through the Russian Consulate? Not sure what questions to ask? Plus, I obviously do not want to send "cash."

Hard question: first of all, yes, you are right there are very many scammers, so be very very careful. How do you know which one is the women is sincere? I would say that 99.9% of them are not, they are just trying to get to US and have a better life. Most of them lie on the applications about EVERYTHING. They do not have any money, so if you do choose one, you will be the one paying for everything. Now the person who is flying has to pay himself, i.e. she will have to buy the ticket herself, you cannot pay for it. So you will have to do a money transfer through Western Union so that the lady could go and buy a ticket herself. I would suggest you find a ticket and tell her what airline agency to go to. You will also know how much exactly to send. You do not to go through Russian Consulate, but you have to feel out a bunch of paperwork for USCIS ( so that the lady can obtain a fiance visa).
My advise is to look for Russian women that are already here--studying or working--it is much easier to know which one s sincere and you do not have to worry about sending them money. Good luck!

There are plenty of dating sites on the internet that cater to Russian Women. You can find a lot of well educated good looking women there. The drawback is having to pay the freight there and back in advance.
