i am lactose intoleran i cant have any milk product what are some milk relacements like soy were do i find it and i dont eat meat what are the meat replacement and were

Your local grocery store has meat replacement meats such as vegi burgers that are very rich in protiens. they also carry soy milk which by the way is much better for you than regular cows milk! you are smart for switching over to a vegan diet! I still eat meat though, eventhough I've been told, that because of my kidney problems, I should avoid animal protiens all together. Can't get away from the taste! Love it - I have also been advised to drink less regular milk and more soy. Also much better for the kidneys! Your local grocers is the best place to find these products and usually cheaper, also try COSTCO

Many asian supermarkets and exotic food stores sell soy products. Veggie meat is avaliable in stores such as Market Basket, Star Market, Stop and Shop, etc.
