So what are you feeding her-just like in humans gas results from what we eat or drink-make sure food and water bowels are clean for bacteria can also be the culprit. If she is eating dry do food-try smaller pellets-due to her age may take longer now to digest which also causes gas. Give her some fresh grass(make sure no pesticide ever sprayed on the grass ) to eat-helps dogs with digestive problems.I' d think the smartest thing would be to call your VET or Emergency Clinic-do give advice etc over the phone. As far as your house smelling like her gas spray LYSOL-will kill ANY odor for kills bacteria air and on objects that cause odor. But do NOT spray directly on the dog or near her for can make her sick. Good Luck

Sounds like a digestive problem. Did you change her diet recently? Take her to the vet to rule out anything serious. Mabe the vet can tell you what kind of food won't give her gas. My Lhasa Apso had terrible gas when we fed him wet (canned) dog food. He's much better now that we give him high quality dry dog food (Natural Balance, sold at Petco). Hope this helps. Also try walking her right before you go to bed. Walking may help get her gas out. Good Luck!

My dog used to fart all the time too. He still does sometimes, and they reek. If someone could invent a way to make farts not smell bad, they would be fricking rich.
But seriously, it might be dietary. Talk to your vet, they'll be able to recommend food or supplements that will help.

That's old for a great Dane. Their life span is like 9 years. Talk to your vet about better food.

Are you feeding it table food? If this is happening it may be why. If feeding it dog food you could change it and it may very well take care of the problem. If not call the vet.

She is obviously having digestive problems. How old is she? If she is middle aged or a senior dog, it may be time to switch to a diet for older dogs. Ask your vet to recommend a gentler diet.

It might be her food. When people have gas, it is because they eat food with alot of protein, like eggs. It is natural, but if you are really concerned, you should call your vet. Maybe try changing her food. Hope it helps.
