I have idea of church doctrine, but GOD would NOT send anyone under 12 to hell.
You just tried combining the plan of GOD with rules made by man. That will never happen, humans will always be wrong about what GOD is planning or thinking. There is no human or group of humans that smart. Forever.
So, if a person is under 12 years old and dies - where do you think they will go, to be with their FATHER or not?
I know GOD would take care of them, as he does everyone. Only adults have to fear hell, as they are held accountable, as you stated.

As soon as you said "celestial Kingdom " I knew you were getting this from Mormonism. What Jesus said was To allow the little children to come to me for such is the Kingdom of God... Who needs Joseph Smith.. I go straight to the source....Jim

It's not a doctrine of the church...it's argued over by Christians everywhere.

It's like Calvinism vs. Arminanism...

Two sides to the coin, and people usually pick a favorite side...so to say that it's a doctrine, is wrong.

I am Catholic. I don't know if it's a doctrine. But I was taught that children below the age of reason are guaranteed heaven because they are not yet aware of right or wrong... or in a capacity to choose right or wrong.

Yes, the pure of heart will automatically go to Heaven. And, just because you chose not to believe, does not make the Bible or christianity false. It's your choise not to believe, but, it's also other peoples choice TO believe, and everyone is entitled to their opinions and beliefs. But, it's also everyones choice wether to bash the other for their beliefs or non-beliefs, just whose more mature, or civil.

May God Bless You.

you won't be able to. God ought to easily pull rank. as well after lack of existence there are not any relationships... ( Luke 20) You no longer ought to have your parental authority over the toddler. the toddler should be their own autonomous soul. And the position they finally end up is between them and God.

This again is an issue about the character of God..................as I see Jesus and His interaction with children................I see a couple things

He was way more interested in them than other adults......he rebuked his disciples for sending them away and said.....Don't prohibit them from coming to see me....for of such is the kingdom of God

God's character is just....he knows who is a child and who's will is fully adult

no. because God knows everything. He knows which children would accept Him and which would have denied Him. Only those that would have accepted Him will go to His celestial Kingdom
