Oh, i did contact tech.support - 5 times. They could not help.

Who is your internet provider it can't be that hard to set up ?? Let me know and I'll try to seacrh up a link to help you.

Its not necessary just sing up with yahoo or hotmail and you r going to have a free email account that working 24 hours per day 7 days per week, just simple as that and stop stressed about outlook

What is the error you're getting? Are your pop and stmp servers entered correctly? Are the LAN settings correct? I'm assuming tech support had you check all this when they were on the phone with you though...not sure what else it could be if you're not getting test emails to go thru.

- check for security or anti-spam programs
- check if your email account supports pop server
- check authentication process of pop server (e.g. yourname@domain.com)
- check pop server
