It just depends on your confidence for change. I dye my hair or cut it at least once a year. If I go longer then that, I get depressed. Isn't that strange? I don't know why.
Last year, my hair was medium length and black. This year it's short and blonde.
Be adventurous! And have fun! It definetly gives you a confident boost!

from your avatar, i'd say that you need to straighten ur hair first. Dye light brown with medium blonde highlights....you will forever thank me for this. If youre in NYC i'll do it myself. Will cost you 60% less. Goodluck!

well i would get it shoulder cut and some red or purple highlights (one of my friends got that style it was so cool) and if its curly get a flat (opposite of a perm)
