I remember eating it a long time ago and my uncle bought it in Japan Town in San Francisco. It comes in small packages and contains a rectangular piece of white chocolate and a thin sheet of seaweed.(I know weird combination) Has anyone ever eat this before and can tell me the name?

I think it's a Korean snack. I'm Japanese and don't know what it's called. I recommend you re-post your question in the Korean category.
