Water. Milk actually can cause damage to your teeth, although it is good for your bones as we all know. Water supplies so much of what our body needs every single day, and supplemented with the proper diet of vitamins - people can certainly live without milk. Not to mention milk can be very fattening.

Depends on how old you are. If you're older than 7 then water is better.
This is a strange question because you compare things that cannot be compared. Milk is food, liquid food. Water is is water, not food.

Water... Milk is great and it contains water.... a cow can not make milk without lots of water.... A person cannot live without water.

Water, unless you are a baby drinking it's mother's milk. Milk from the grocery store is good for baby cows.

Water is better for me. I'm allergic to milk, that is why water is better for me. I'm sure i'm am not the only one allergic to milk I know for a fact.

Essentially both are because you can't live wihout water and you need milk for calcium, if you just had water you wouldn't get all your nutrients, and if you just had milk too much calcium isn't good for you, so the answer is both hope that helps :)

At the moment, Organic Milk is better 4 U than Ordinary Milk.
Shame U can't get Organic Water.
I know lousy attempt at sarcasm & it will probably go over the top of every1's head.

water is better to keep you hydrated and when you're in the middle of a hot boilind desert, water is definently better to have. milk is better than water because it gives you nutrition like calcium and it fills you up better than water.

Both are good! Milk has calcium and vitamins, which is great, and it isn't fattening if you drink skim/lowfat. But water is probably better because it clears your body of toxins and doesn't have anything in it that is bad for you.
