I like the answer that said yes, except if you are drowning. Peopleare funny. One thing good about this page is it inspires quick wit.
On the water matter, yes, it's good to keep a flow of water going through you and so many of us do not. Drink 4 of those half liter bottles a day and you'll at least stay up with the minimum. Any more water is only helping you flush toxins and lubricate joints better.

You're kidding right?
***Shakes it off and re groups the damage caused to her bain cells, actually THINKING about that one...
Water in its pure untouched form is very good for you. Processed, salted, mineralized, distilled man made screwed up anything.. is never a good idea, but in the case of water, I don't think it will hurt you?
If you mean common tap water... It depends on where you live and how well your body tolerates chemicals... Ironic how we use water to flush out the impurities that the water puts into us.
Your question gave me a headache you know!

Many people forget that we need a lot of water every day to help us maintain good health. Our bodies are about 70% water, and we need to re-hydrate daily. While some water comes from foods, juices, and other beverages, the best source for hydration is water.

yes it keeps you hydrated, meaning you won't suffer from dehydration because there is enough water in your cells. water is what you sweat which keeps you cool.
