Brown rice, lots of vegetables and fruits and chicken. I'm doing the Core Plan and I love it. Here's a tip: Don't buy so much that it spoils and make sure you have snacks on hand at all times. I seem to fall off the wagon when I go to reach for a snack and don't have any healthy choices on hand. Definitely don't deprive yourself, but don't overindulge. Also, make sure you're eating varied foods. It's easy to get stuck eating a food because it's easy to make and you wind up getting sick of it or not getting other sources of nutrition. Buy the cookbooks and plan ahead. I know this wasn't exactly the answer to your question, but they are tips that have helped me and I'd like to pass them along. Good luck!!
