Of course you can dye your hair with kool-aid. I've had dozens of friends that preferred it to regular dyes because of the color selection. (Wow! I'm glad to know people are still doing this!)

To streak your hair, use it the same as you would doing your whole head, but get yourself some mascara brushes (sold in 10x packs) to apply it. It's an awesome pick-me-up, it'll last quite awhile.

Kool-aid only stays in for about 3-6 washes and you can do highlights with it. It's hard to do but if you can get it done and looking great u should post some of the pics on answer.

If I were you I would avoid putting those things in your hair. None of them - kool aid, lemons, etc. - work at all, because instead of giving you highlights they'll make your hair feel like straw, really dry and brittle.

I definately know you can do this. My nephew got black cherry Koolaid in his hair (by accident) and it took a couple of weeks to get it completely gone.

My friend used raspberrry Kool-Aid in her here for chunking and it turned out pink. She has done this for two years now redoing every 3 weeks.

I wouldn't do it.
Get a highlighting kit from the store, or get it done professionally.

I have never heard of dying your hair with Kool-aid. You probably can. But if you do , don't go somewhere with a lot of bugs. Good Luck!

ok its pure sugar kool-aid is so like all the bees and ants and stuff will be attracted in it and stuff! a big mess! so i suggest going into a salon and they have there colored gel that makes ur hair turn different colors until u wash it out! and they also have colored hairspray too!

My mom's old friend did that, and she said it worked, and she always smelled good!
