Well I have travelled in the following aeroplanes a no. of times on the following sectors:
747: Mumbai to Tel-Aviv/return
767:Singapore to Osaka/return
777:Bangkok to Osaka, New Delhi to Amsterdam/return
A330:New Delhi to Bangkok/return
I have found that when upon request I am able to get an extremely front seat (I am 6'1'') in any of the above aircrafts then I enjoy the flight as I can stretch my limbs. Otherwise the seating in all these aircrafts is more or less same....I am talking about economy class..........so it doesn't matter which aircraft you fly with.
So far, I have found that Boeing 767 & 777 make lesser noise and handle the turbulence very well...I feel that its computers adjust the elevators & rudder very well in turbulence and in majority I have never experienced any shaky flight in these planes despite rough weathers. This is not so in case of A330 (even with A320 & A310 when I fly on domestic airlines). I have found that it is very flexible and flutters a lot during turbulence. Well this is what I have experienced so far. Boeing 747 too is smooth but its engine noise level is high as compared to others.

The seat layouts can differ based on the specific needs of each airline. So its hard to say that every 747 out there is the same. But if i had to choose a plane it would be the a340 and if i had to choose an airline for service it would be British Airways.

A B-747 because they're the biggest (so far) so you stand a better chance of getting an empty seat next to you. They're also the fastest out of the ones you've mentioned.

Airbus and B777 as it has moden technology enabling it to fly on one engine. Airbus A330 as it can glide long distances of up to 150 miles on no engines ! I am looking forward to when they build the first 3,000 mile Transatlantic Airbus Glider capable of carrying 400 to 800 passengers!
