There are several groups that are hiring secuity personel for Iraq and other middle eastern nations.
You can do a simple web search on Monster.com and find a couple of companies that hire people for overseas

I'm assuming that you aren't Iraqi; which makes your wish very foolish. The insurgents here in Iraq have very little care or concern for their own people in the uniform; they have even less for you. You would not last 1 week. sorry

Learn to speak Arabic first and be in good shape. If you learned Arabic and changed your mind, join the CIA, because there is a shortage of Arabic translators in the CIA.
