Do it the natural way. Eat way lots more of protein and calcium in your diet. What ever you do not use steroids. steroids may help you at one time but when you get older you may have lots of problems and when i say older i mean 5 - years. Also... its not good for you to have too much muscle.

ive gained 30lbs of muscle since xmas my bench max is up 85 lbs. weights, and protein supplements. u can get cheap protein powder at walmart, mix it with milk and drink up. workout at least 4 times a week, wth heavy arms and leg work outs. such as bench, incline/decline bench, curls, triceps, leg press, leg extensions, or squats.

as a personal trainer, yes it can be done, but more realistically 20 lbs of muscle, doing weight training. Why do you want to do this? To lose fat?
