i luv my mom and dad so much and i luv them equally but im thinking of moving in with my dad but i dont want to get my mom mad at me and hate me. my mom is cool and everthing but her and my step dad fight too much and they somtimes throw stuff around for the stuipidest reasons and sometimes i get scared. my dad is cool to i have so much fun over their and he understands me better than my mom does and i want to live with him also because all my friends that i knew forever live right next to him. and i alredy kind of want to live with him and i dont know how to ask him if i can start living with him because im scared he might say noo.... what am i spose to do pleaz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

first,just ask your dad what he would do if he were you,about your mother`s fighting and all that stuff. may be he will agree to let you take a break from them.

Call your Dad on the phone and ask him if he'll take you out to eat somewhere where you two can talk. When you get there tell him how you're feeling with your mom. Make sure you asked him for permission to live with him for a summer or a month first to see if he can handle living with you first. And make sure he doesn't make a big deal about the fighting between your mom and step dad to her because if you don't move in with him, your mom may give you a hard time about it. Just talk to him, I'm sure he'll say yes. glgl with this

My dear child this is something very important to and I think you really need to speak to your parents. Is it possible for you all to meet for lunch one day , I mean just you , mom, and dad. This would be a good time for you to bring up the subject and get it off your chest. I do hope you go with your dad it seems the right place for you, Mom will come around after awhile if she gets mad at first.

If your mom is in an abusive relationship then you should definitely live with your dad. Don't live around anyone that makes you uncomfortable. Life's to short.
