Because when we usually say 'never', there's always the possibility that it will happen.

The idea is that "never" is an extreme, i.e. absolute, statement. There is not even one single instance or condtion under which x would happen or under which you would consider doing x. So don't say "never" (except "never say never" is more poetic), you can't prove the contention true and it only takes one example to prove the contention false.

Because during the course of one's life. you never know what you may have to do unless confronted by a situation which may requires you to do what you would not normally do, or think you are capable of doing.For example, a guy telling someone, I can NEVER kill another human being, but later on is confronting a thug attacking one of his loved ones, and winds up killing the perpetrator.

You could be contradicting yourself, for example, you could say I will never go to Jane Doe's house again, and before you know it, you're in her house the next week or even sooner than that, then you're considered a liar.

The original saying goes 'never say die' and you say this to take heart when you go into a situation that will probably kill you. This variation therefore is probably said when you go into a situation that will probably never happen.

because u never know if u will or wont do summing!
like for example u may say i will never do blah blah and then 2-3 yrs down the line u may do it!
