Not sure; I'm not a guy.
But I can only imagine that it would get easier the more you ask out (just don't turn into a player or anything-BIG turnoff!!). It isn't that difficult to ask someone out; if you get rejected, just play it cool and find someone else. You might even be able to get one of your friends to ask the girl out FOR you, although i would think that the girl would prefer it if you asked her out yourself. GOOD LUCK!!
