She was/is healthy. She was fixed back in June. We havent changed her diet. But she has scarey looking bald spots on the inside of her back legs, top of neck and under her neck??

It could be some kind of feline dermatitis, a fungus, an underlying illness....sometimes cats pick out their own hair, but I don't think yours would be able to pick the hair out of the back of her neck. I'd take her to the vet.

She may have fleas or some type of skin infection, if the latter being the case I would suggest to take her to a vet for a thorough check-up. But I suspect fleas..

Cats shed spring and fall. If you believe the shedding is excessive, check in with the vet.

It's either cause it's sick or shedding naturally. Just make sure with the vet.

DO ASK A VET! aside from that, it could be mange, scabies. S there could be other reasons it is necessary to ask your vet!!!!

i would have this checked out at the vets...seriously...it could have underlying issues....
