I agree, probably even worse.. since the government wants to make it a point to the world that they're not favoritizing Americans.

I read somewhere on the net there gonna possibly seek the death penalty for them. I DO NOT excuse there behavior and I believe in the death penalty but, I don't think they should attempt to apply that here. What they did is WRONG but, they were under sever adverse conditions seeing one of there own die before there eyes. Had that not happened they might not have taken the action they did. That being said they should still be punished with LIFE in Prison No chance of parole.

You mean the soldiers accussed of the crime?
I guess you tried and convicted them in your own court.
What I see is a group of men who were decided to be guilty before they go to trial, With alot of evidence provided by possible people with a conflict of interest against american soldiers.
But after a trial, if they are found guilty, they will recieve either life in military prison or the death penalty.
