I recently purchased an older 12 gauge shotgun. The gun says Enders Royal Cannon Breech. I have no idea as to its actual value. It says Simmons Hardware Company on it as well.
Any ideas out there?

from Hoosier gun works cross reference guide "Enders Royal Shotgun: Trade name used by the Crescent -Davis Firearms Company on shotguns made for the Simmons Hardware Company of St. Louis, Missouri."

not exactly what your has, but i would guess it is close. value is determined more by condition and type of firearm, not just the name. in general the hardware store guns are collector's items.

Nothing yet, anything else you can tell me? What kind of action? Is it an over/under? side by side? How long is the barrel? Is it a damascus? (little swirly marks etched all over the barrel) Visable hammers? Does it say anything else anywhere (check under the forearm)? Even better would be a picture, but if you can answer those, might be able to figure it out.

it probaby is a private lines gun that was made for the hardware chain??like western auto or sears usually made by marlin or mossberg??being older could be belgium made?? watch if you shoot it, dont use high brass shells!!check and make sure it is not damascus twist barrells they cant take high pressure loads were made for blackpowder days.do a google search and see what comes up on Enders?
