at the moment I am living outside of the U.S, and its been 3 yrs since I left, when I left b/c of emergencies and problems that happened I left everything behind and I mean everything from rent to water bills to every kind of bill that you can imagine behind without paying and just desappeared, so next yr I am going back and I know my name must be such a mess I know i'm going to have to go for bankruptcy but what if some of theses creditors have sued me what will i do? has anyone gone through such a disaster like i am going through and have made it ok? what should i do? I am sooo worried...

If you file for bankruptcy, the judgements already against you will be added, so don't worry about them.

Okay first get a copy of your credit report and see whats on there. Then dispute all negative accounts on there even if they are yours. Its possible that they may fall off. The the ones that dont fall off try and dispute them again. If that dont work contact the agency and try to sork out a payment plan.

Are u on the run from the law or something?

First thing u should do is get a bankruptcy lawyer.

You are in deep doo-doo. The first thing I'd do is hire a lawyer.
