Had it for years, and it is very painful. Saline nasal spray is all you should be putting up your nose. Make an appointment with an Ear Nose Throat surgeon. The reason I kept getting it was because I had had it so often, I built scar tissue at the top of my nose where your eyebrows are, top of the nose. The scar tissue was from infections. I was 70% blocked in one nostril, and 40% blocked in the other. And subject to recurring sinusitis. He did surgery for Deviated Septum. Miserable surgery, but.....it's been over 10 years and I can breathe and I have never had sinusitis again, nor do I even get sinus headaches.Best of luck.

I have had similar problems most of my life
as a child I had to take penicillin through the nose, but what seemed to work the best was an old home remedy
a glass of warm water with a pinch of alt
too much salt burns like hell
then sniff the water through the nose and spit out
every day for a week
I use to get a knot in the middle of the forehead like a boil starting, but it was infected sinus
yes I still have a runny nose, but no knots or completely blocked passages

I know the feelin all too well, your best bet is to get some Saline spray at the grocery store and saline your nose daily.
Take Sudafed or Tylenol Sinus to relieve your symtoms.
Get rid of carpet and pets in home. Boil steam with salt in the mornin to open up head.
Get a vicks inhaler thing when winter comes.
