i don't know why..
but i always eat TEA and SWEETS after my lunch..not dinner
i think its beacuse meat and chiken and vegtables are very reach (heavy) so somthing like tea(with suger)+sweet helps out.

I'm not sure about the "why" but I too usually crave something sweet after a meal. Maybe that's why there are "xx-course meals" all over the world. Maybe it's the body's natural process.....I usually try to follow a meal with fruit...or, if it's a real 'sweet' (a baked confection, pudding, whatever) i make a real effort to make it a small portion. Sugar is addictive and really not very good for you!

Same here. Cravings for sweet / sugary stuff usually means the person's got low blood sugar at the moment. You're supposed to eat fruit when those cravings hit. Banana, grapes, apple, etc.

This is just a mental habit. There is no physical reason why you shoud be craving sweets after a meal. Your sugar level should be slightly elevated already, and your body isn't suposed o be sending "give me sugar" signals.
