Before you start selling your possessions, get on craigslist.org and find a quick under-the-table job in your area. There is tons of stuff on there from mowing lawns to changing an old folks' diapers.

are you skilled in computer? can you get a job using the computer or working with computers? cause I gather you dont have a job of some sort cause you dont have cash. if you are computer illiterate I think selling the compis good instead of sitting there asking ppl in yahoo answers how to get food! not to mension the internet bill!

Sell your computer, your car, pawn your jewelry, whatever you have to do.
But you recently stated that you finally got your FEMA money so why not use some of it for groceries.
Unless you spent it all very unwisely and now it is gone?
You can also go to soup kitchens in New York to get something to eat.
Nobody starves in New York, they have to many shelters and soup kitchens.

Have you not got LidL or Aldi. you can get a loaf of bread 4 24pence some butter for 39p and some beans 4 16p. You can feed yourself 4nxt 2 nothing. Computers cost loads of pounds. if you sell it yourll probably get pennies. Be more sensible for next lot of money. If you balls up get a puppy then you can always go begging! ( when its older bandage its foot!)

There are other ways to get help, but if you feel you need to sell your computer for food then do it. I would questions how you got this way with you spending money on internet whoch could buy food.

it appears you have a job. They serve lunch at the Jr high. It takes several days of not eating before you die. There is school on Tuesday - hang in there
